AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER NEWS

Hi there!
Well it has been a while since I popped in with some news so will bring you up to date.  Yes I know I always say this but life is still keeping us busy as most of us are these days.  Hope you are keeping well.  Now to some art news.....

Monolith Valley Commission

I completed my commission of the Monolith Valley and handed it over to a very happy client.  It was a pleasure to complete this work of art that meant so much to its new owner. Ryan also took a fancy to my Blue Koala so purchased that also on collection of the commission.  Very happy they are now in a lovely new home.

Bluethumb Sales

Bluethumb now has over 355,000 artists so I am always surprised to receive the notification of a sale. So very happy my Lazy kookaburras have now flown to a new home.  It went to the framers first then flew on to Western Australia.  

I decided to redo 2 of my bird paintings and as soon as I reworked and reloaded they sold so very happy I did! One was a Kookaburra and the 2nd Cockatoo The Lookout (see below) - it was repainted and sold. Also my little Magpie is now living in Queensland. Very thankful.

REDBUBBLE

Every day more and more artists are jumping online to sell their goods.  Redbubble has definitely grown so again I am delighted when I receive a sale.  Below are just a few of the sales I have had in the last few months. THE EDGE GALLERY - ART SHOW CONTINUATION

BMCAN is now GBMCAN and has a new committee.  Unfortunately noone has taken over the running of the Edge Gallery Exhibitions so the art that was on display and for sale is still there.  Great news for me though as I sold one of my paintings to a lovely man who purchased it for his brother.  Forest Light has been replaced with another work of art Daisy - Quirky Emu so if in the area of Katoomba pop in and view the art.

CONNECTIONS

It was great to meet online fellow artist Sharon in October on her travelling adventures with her husband! Art connects us all so sharing this lovely experience with you. We chatted about art of course and had quite a few things in common.
