Happy New Year! Hope you all had a good one and I hope this one is filled with joy and peace. We lost a dear close friend just before Christmas so a sad time for us but we take comfort in our memories and the joy he brought to our lives over the 35 years.
I cannot believe it is 2025 time just keeps ticking away. I am hoping to slow down a little this year but of course I said that last year!

BLUETHUMB
Well now to some news. Happy to have sold my first 2025 painting on Bluethumb with many thanks, Quirky Emu Family Portrait sold on 3.1.25. So starting off the new year with one of my favorites going to the framers then off to a lovely new home in Western Australia.
Also delighted to have completed a commission called Budgie Beauty in December that went to repeat collector in WA and sold my Love Grows watercolor.
So happy and thankful that my art is bringing joy to others.

It was definitely a challenge painting it and it kept me on my toes but it was created for that special horse lover that will fall in love with it one day. This rather sexy horse as it has already been called, is painted on canvas and ready to hang. Also see Art for Sale tab. ☺

ART SHOW
The Edge Gallery Katoomba has 3 of my works on show at the moment but will be changing very soon. GBMCAN has finished so it is very sad after being a member for so many years (since 2008) it seems the new committee could not keep it going. However the Edge Gallery is still showing some of the x member's works including mine. So if in the area pop in and have a peek.
Don't forget my commissioned Art Deco cushions are on sale at Everglades Gardens. Pop in if in Leura and take a stroll around the stunning gardens and enjoy a cuppa and more in the tea house.
